Our Fees and Payment Options

We will always provide you with an estimate prior to starting any treatment. The fee for a consultation is $38.00. The fee for a general check-up is currently $25.00. Please contact our office for additional information.

Payment options

Payment is required upon completion of services. We accept most forms of payment, including cash, check, debit and credit cards (Mastercard & Visa).
